PANDUAN PERBAIKAN PEMBAHARUAN SOFTWARE DEKODER/SET TOP BOX (STB)
DECODER/SET TOP BOX (STB) SOFTWARE UPDATE REPAIR GUIDE

Jika STB anda mengalami masalah pada proses boot / upgrade software seperti layar berikut:
If your Decoder/ Set Top Box (STB) is experiencing problem during boot / software upgrade as below screen:

Maka anda bisa mengikuti langkah-langkah perbaikan sebagai berikut.
Please follow below steps:

Note: Mohon menggunakan PC atau laptop Bapak/Ibu dalam mengikuti panduan di bawah.
Note: Please use PC or laptop while following below guidance.

Langkah-langkah tersebut dijelaskan secara rinci di bawah ini :
These steps will be described in detail below:
  1. Download file dari salah satu link berikut ini (pilih salah satu)
    Please choose one link from the list below to download the file

  2. Jika pada google file yang telah terdownload akan ada notifikasi pada pojok kiri bawah.Seperti gambar dibawah ini.
    If the Google file has been downloaded, there will be a notification in the lower left corner. See the image below.
    Gambar bisa berbeda-beda sesuai browser yang Anda gunakan.
    Images may vary according to the browser you are using.
  3. Setelah itu arahkan kursor pada tanda panah atas ( ^ ) lalu pilih “show in folder”
    Next, please point the cursor to arrow (˄) then select “show in folder”
  1. Ekstrak file DMT1605LN dengan cara klik kanan pada file lalu pilih “extract here” atau “extract all” Lihat gambar dibawah ini sebagai contoh:
    Extract file DMT1605LN by right click on the file and choose “extract here” or “extract all” Please refer to picture below:
    Keterangan: gambar unzip / “extract here” / “extract all” akan tergantung dari tools unzip yang terpasang pada masing-masing komputer.
    Note: Unzip / “extract here” / “extract all” will depend on the unzip tools installed in each computer
  2. Pastikan folder bernama “DMT1605LN” dan di dalamnya terdapat file bernama “update.bin”Lihat gambar dibawah ini
    Please ensure the folder is “DMT1605LN” and inside there is a file named “update.bin” See the image below.
  1. Siapkan USB Flash Disk dan format terlebih dahulu USB Flash Disk yang akan digunakan, dengan file system FAT32 seperti berikut. Sebelum melakukan format USB Flash Disk,mohon melakukan backup ke computer Anda apabila ada file penting dalam USB Flash Disk tersebut.
    Prepare and Format the USB Flash Disk that will be used, with the FAT32 file system as follows. Before formatting the USB Flash Disk, please prepare back up to your computer if there are important files in the USB Flash Disk
  2. Setelah itu copy Folder “DMT1605LN” beserta isinya kedalam Flashdisk/USB Flash Disk. Setelah dicopy, di USB Flash Disk akan terjadi seperti tampilan dibawah ini:
    Then copy the "DMT1605LN" folder and its contents into the Flash Disk/ USB Flash Disk. After copying, the USB Flash Disk will appear as shown below:

    Beberapa hal yang perlu dipastikan :

    1. File tercopy pada USB Flash Disk dengan folder dengan nama “DMT1605LN”
    2. Folder DMT1605LN berisi satu file, yaitu update.bin dengan ukuran 341,816 KB

    Several things to ensure:

    1. Copied file in USB Flash Disk is “DMT1605LN”
    2. Folder DMT1605LN has one file, which is update.bin with size of 341,816 KB

  1. Pasangkan Flashdisk/USB Flash Disk pada port di belakang STB. Lihat gambar dibawah ini:
    Please plug Flashdisk / USB Flash Disk in port behind Set Top Box, please see below picture:
  1. Cabut kabel power adaptor Dekoder/STB
    Unplug Set Top Box Adaptor power cable
  2. Lalu tekan dan tahan tombol power pada bagian depan Dekoder/STB DMT. Tetap tahan tombol ini hingga nomor 3 di bawah selesai dilakukan (untuk mempercepat proses upgrade)
    Then press and hold the power button in front of the DMT Set Top Box. Keep holding this button until the number 3 below is done (to speed up the upgrade process)
  3. Sambil tetap menekan dan menahan tombol power seperti nomor 2 di atas, pasang kembali kabel power adaptor STB
    While still pressing and holding the power button as number 2 above, plug in the STB power adaptor again
  4. Tetap tekan dan tahan tombol “Power”, sekitar 30 detik sampai menampilkan halaman seperti dibawah ini. Setelah muncul screen SOFTWARE UPGRADE seperti dibawah ini, lepaskan tekanan pada tombol “Power” decoder/STB.
    Keep pressing and holding the “Power” button, for about 30 seconds until below screen appeared. Then, release the "Power" button on the STB.
  5. Setelah restart STB, service akan kembali normal.
    After restart STB, the service is back to normal
  6. Apabila masih belum berhasil silahkan klik tombol di bawah ini untuk meminta kunjungan teknisi.
    If the upgrade was not successful, please click below button to request a technician visit
