1. Promo berlaku untuk pendaftaran pelanggan baru.
2. Harga spesial untuk paket bulanan (Global Offer/Online Exclusive/Promo Bank/Winback) hanya berlaku selama 12 bulan, mulai bulan ke-13 biaya berlangganan akan mengikuti harga paket yang berlaku.
3. Untuk paket Advance Payment (Silver/Gold) pelanggan tidak dapat mengubah paket, mengganti alamat/mengajukan pemutusan sebelum periode berakhir, biaya langganan menjadi harga regular sesuai paket yang berlaku pada saat promo telah berakhir dan ditagihkan secara bulanan.
4. Paket Joy Premium, Star Value/Pro/Premium sudah termasuk harga spesial Smartbox X1 Rp 67.500/bulan (harga normal Rp 90.000/bulan).
5. Bonus akses Streamtainment HBO GO/Cinema World on Demand/Lionsgate Play/Catchplay+/Viu khusus Paket STREAM, sesuai informasi yang tertera dan harus diklaim melalui aplikasi My First Media. Informasi cara klaim dapat dilihat di sini
6. Bonus Speed Upgrade berlaku untuk paket tertentu, setelah periode bonus berakhir maka kecepatan internet akan kembali sesuai paket yang dipilih.
7. Bonus Semua TV channel hanya berlaku untuk semua Paket Joy, Star Value / Star Pro. Setelah periode bonus berakhir maka jumlah channel yang dapat diakses akan kembali sesuai paket yang dipilih.
8. Akses HBO GO/Cinema World on Demand/Lionsgate Play/Catchplay+/Viu merupakan benefit untuk paket Stream dan akses CatchPlay+/Viu/HBO GO/Lionsgate Play merupakan benefit untuk paket Star, First Media berhak mengganti jenis benefit dan/ periode akses benefit sewaktu waktu tanpa pemberitahuan.
9. Harga sudah termasuk penyimpanan digital First+ Cloud 20Gb selama 12 Bulan
10. Promo gratis biaya instalasi senilai Rp 750.000.
11. Harga paket belum termasuk PPN, biaya admin bank, dan e-billing.

Terms and Conditions

1. This promo is valid only for new customer registration.
2. Special prices for monthly packages (Global Offer/Online Exclusive/Bank Promo/Winback) are only valid for 12 months, starting from the 13th month the subscription fee will follow the applicable package price.
3. For the Advance Payment package (Silver/Gold), customers cannot change the package, change address/apply for termination before the period ends, the subscription fee becomes the regular price according to the package in effect when the promo ends and is billed monthly.
4. Joy Premium, Star Value/Pro/Premium package includes a special Smartbox X1 price of IDR 67,500/month (normal price IDR 90.000/month).
